Ground Mounted Solar Installation – 10 North Main Street, West Hartford – December 2015
December 16, 2015
S. B. Andrews Company has just completed the installation of a 50 KW ground mounted solar installation at 10 North Main Street in West Hartford Center. The owner was focused on reducing the building’s carbon footprint when they undertook the project. 10 North Main Street was the site of the Andrews Family dairy farm until the 1940s when the current building was constructed. Earthlight Technologies handled the installation of the solar array. The solar panels are mounted on a carport style structure, providing covered parking for 24 cars. This is believed to be the first ground mounted commercial solar installation in West Hartford.

RLM Co’s New Website – November 2015
November 23, 2015
It has been a long time coming, but here we go. We are launching our new website (www.rlmco.com). I have been resistant because it is a complicated and time consuming process. That said, it was time. Time for a new look with new functionality. We needed a better way for our clients to access information and understand what RLM Co has to offer, both in terms of how we help our clients and what we have for listings. We hope you like the new look and the level of detail provided. We launched our first website in 1999 prodded along by Dick Mahoney’s (my Dad’s) insistence. The copy writer for some of the material you will read on the site told us in a conference call, “If nothing else, it is best practices to update your website every 16 years.” Consider it done. We hope you like it.
