RLM Co Sells 30 & 40 Cold Spring Road in Rocky Hill for $3,150,000
Mike & Dick Mahoney of RLM Co represented MJC Cold Spring, LLC in the acquisition of two buildings located at 30 & 40 Cold Spring Road in Rocky Hill. MJC paid $3,150,000 for the two office buildings, which total approximately 36,100 square feet. The 30 Cold Spring building was 100% occupied by T-Mobile and Honeywell at the time of sale . The buyer intends to relocate its corporate headquarters from elsewhere in Rocky Hill occupying approximately 12,500 square feet of the 40 Cold Spring building. The balance of the 40 Cold Spring building will be offered for lease. CBRE represented the seller.

RLM Co Sells S.B. Andrews Company’s Simsbury Properties for $8.15 Million
Mike and Dick Mahoney of RLM Co were the sole brokers in the sale of the S.B. Andrews Company, LLC’s properties in Simsbury, CT. The properties included 700 Hopmeadow Street, a 2,250 square foot freestanding building occupied by Coldwell Banker Residential, 720 Hopmeadow Street, the Cannon Building, a 10,000 square foot multi-tenant office building and The Shops at Drake Hill (710-714 Hopmeadow Street), a 46,300 square foot shopping center anchored by CVS/Pharmacy and Fitzgerald’s Foods. The buyer, Grove Property Fund, acquired the building on July 24, 2007 for $8.15 million.

RLM Co sells 7 Mill Pond in Granby
Richard Metcalfe has acquired 7 Mill Pond Lane in Granby, an 11,100 square foot multi-tenant retail building. The property is occupied by Movie Gallery, Dunkin' Donuts, Neo Day Spa and a restaurant. Construction of the building was completed in 2004. RLM Co represented the buyer while R.A.F. Commercial Realty represented the seller.

RLM Co Awarded Leasing of Shield Street Plaza
RLM Co has just entered into an Exclusive Right to Lease Agreement with the owners of Shield Street Plaza on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford, CT. The owners intend to do significant capital improvement projects including new landscaping, parking lot, painting and pylon signage. We have stores availble from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. We could combine two adjacent stores for a 5,100 square foot retailer. The property has a 3,000 square foot freestanding former MacDonald's restaurant available for lease as well as a 3,000 end cap space with a drive thru formerly occupied by a bank. RLM Co Completes 83 Transactions in 2006
During 2006, RLM Co's leasing team of Dick & Mike Mahoney completed over 83 transactions garnering the Second Place Pinnacle Award for Most Transaction in Greater Hartford. The team's activity was driven by both the entry of new tenants, primarily retailers, into the western suburban markets and renewals of existing leases.

Mike and Dick Mahoney of RLM Co received the Second Place Pinnacle Award from the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors for the Largest Number of Transactions in 2006. The team had a total of 83 transactions (leases and sales combined). Dick and Mike also received the 2nd Place Award in 2005 for the Largest Office Sale. The team sold the Sard family's 5-building, 132,760-square foot West Hartford Center office portfolio to Lexham Private Investors. RLM Co has received numerous other Pinnacle Awards.

RLM Co was the sole broker in the sale of the five buildings comprising the Sard Corporation West Hartford portfolio. The buildings include 61 South Main Street, 65 LaSalle Road, 1001 Farmington Avenue, and 18 & 41 North Main Street. They comprise a total of 132,760 square feet. Lexham West Hartford was the buyer.
